Steps to Become an Exhibitor

  1. Please review the opportunities outlined in the Sponsor/Exhibitor Kit for information about sponsoring the NEDA Conference.
  2. Complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor/Advertising Registration Form and mail or fax to NEDA, per the instructions on the form.
  3. You will receive confirmation that your booth is reserved, and you will be emailed a registration code to enter when completing your online registration for the Primary Booth Staff and Additional Booth Staff.

Conference Registration

Receipt of payment for your Exhibit Booth and/or sponsorship selections is required in order to receive your online registration codes for your free and discount staff. Please complete this form and submit with payment to NEDA at the address below. Once received, you will be emailed registration instructions, which you will use to register your Primary Booth Staff, Additional Booth Staff and all additional organizational staff. If possible, please register all attendees at once. If paying by check, please make payable to NEDA or National Eating Disorders Association.
