Please note that the hotel has two towers, the West Tower and the East Tower. All of NEDA’s conference events will be taking place in the West Tower.

Room reservations are available at the special NEDA Conference room block rate of $199.00/night if booked before September 6th, 2016. Hotel reservations can be made through the online NEDA Conference registration process.

Please note: you will need to provide a credit card upon check in at the hotel. A hold (not charge) of $75/ day will be placed on this card during your stay. You will be charged for the amount of your stay when you check out. Because of this hold we recommend not using a debit card when checking in as the money will be held out of your account. You will be able to switch payment methods upon check out.

Airport and Local Travel
O’Hare International Airport is approximately 18 miles from the hotel. Options for travel between the airport and hotel include:

• Taxicabs can be hailed at the airport. Cost: Approximately $30.00 - $40.00
• Private Limo Services can be arranged through the hotel concierge at 312-565-1234 x 4511
• Airport Express shuttle service can be arranged through reservations via their website; airportexpress.com.
• Car rentals are available from the airport. To reserve a car, click here.
• The L Train is $5 per person to and from O’Hare International Airport. Pick-up below baggage claim area (follow signs to C.T.A.). Take "L-Train" to Clark/Lake stop (approx. 7 blocks from hotel). Walk east on Lake to Stetson St, turn left on Stetson St and walk one block to the hotel. Note: This method is not recommended if guest has more than one bag, as there are numerous escalators and turnstiles. Guest can take a cab or walk from Clark/Lake stop.

Getting Around Chicago

• Divvy Bikes: Found throughout the city, available for rental in 30 minute increments; $7 for a 24-hour pass
• L Train: $2.25 per person to and from various stations and neighborhoods. Closest  "L-Train" stop is found at Clark/Lake stop (approx. seven blocks from hotel). Walk east on Lake to Stetson St, turn left on Stetson St and walk one block to the hotel.
• Bus: Visit transitchicago.com for bus and L train schedules and maps to various locations in the city.
• From O’Hare International Airport: Take Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) East to Ohio St exit. Proceed on Ohio to State St and turn right. Turn left at Wacker Drive. Hyatt Regency Chicago will be down approximately 2 blocks on the right.
